Rain
This piece tells the story of a rainstorm, from before it begins, to its gales, and finally its aftermath. Like in the other three movements of the Weather Cycle, it not only represents the literal storm but also that of a figurative storm of self-discovery. As this piece helped the composer discover more of what they enjoy doing as a composer, and represents that "aha" moment when you think you have everything figured out, only to find out that you didn't have all the information. As you go on this journey, the composer encourages you to let the piece overtake you, as a rainstorm overtakes the land it passes.
